Million years ago there was a super-continent which broke up into 3 parts one of which was Gondwana from which India was formed.

India also has its own tectonic plate.

After breaking up it joined with Asia thus, what we see now.

India lies in upper hemisphere of Earth 10 degrees almost above Equater.

Tropic of Cancer passes through it

thus half of India lies in torrid region and half in temperate region.

Indian ocean is named after India only.

India is diverse in thousands of ways.It is diverse in wildlife, plants, cultures, languages, tastes, styles, believes, religions, etc. We all love each other, we become power of us.
